Urban Group Amber - Collection O exceeded my expectations in every way. From the clean and comfortable room to the accommodating staff, this hotel truly impressed me. Their around-the-clock service and effort to communicate despite the language barrier was commendable.The location was perfect for a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. I loved the quiet ambiance, free from any outside noise, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The large flat-screen TV with endless entertainment options was a delightful touch for unwinding after a day of exploring.With a comfortable bed, great shower pressure, and ample natural light, the room was a haven of relaxation. The closed garage parking spot near the reception was convenient, especially for travelers with lots of luggage like myself. The presence of a safe in the room provided extra peace of mind for storing valuable belongings.Urban Group Amber - Collection O ranks high on my list of favorite hotels in Mexico. Its proximity to amenities like Breaking Bread coffee shop and notable attractions like Puebla Metropolitan Arena added to the overall appeal of the stay.
